Follow these simple steps.
Step 1 : Cut the strip of the length you want to build arch / garland.
Step 2: Blow the Balloons as per your required size and insert into the
hole
Step 3 : Repeat step 2 and fill all hte holes of the strip from starting
till end.
Step 4: Woah !! It's time to hand it and add the embelishments!!
Glue Dots can be used to stick balloons together to make unsual shapes.
